TD at Work

Journal

TD at Work is a monthly journal published by ATD to give professionals in Talent Development the latest insight on the industry. I was contracted to design a cover and layout the interior content for their August 2014 issue. The subject matter was about understanding your career brand and tips on how to market yourself as a professional. A bright color palette was chosen to be consistent with TD brand. A DNA illustration was chosen to demonstrate how the many pieces of professional branding and marketing is  connected to each other.

ATD International

Brochure

I was contracted to create brochures for ATD’s international offices. The finished pieces needed to display the company’s offerings to their international audience, their diversity as a company, and be easy to translate into multiple languages.

Women, Leadership, and Profits | Organization Development Fundmentals

Book

ATD Press publishes several books a year by many authors. I was contracted to create a cover concept and concepts for book interiors. The client wanted the books to look consistently professional, but have some fun elements to differentiate them from each other.

CPLP

Ad

CPLP is an ATD program, which offers it’s member certification in Learning & Performance. I was contracted to create an ad, which would be in their quarterly journal for government professionals. I chose a geometric pattern to be consistent with the CPLP logo. This final piece displays a quote from a CPLP  graduate to give potential attendees a firsthand account of the program and drive traffic to the website.

Rapid Retooling

Branding

ATD contracted me to create a brand for their Rapid Retooling Workshop, which was inspired by their  Rapid Retooling book. I was instructed to use the book cover as a main element in the design.

Branding

I was contracted to rebrand ATD’s MENA Conference & Exhibition, which is one of their yearly events that serves a international audience. During the process I worked with ATD’s in-house marketing team along with their international office. It was important to create a brand, which included the ATD logo and also appealed to the international audience.
