Kristie Carter-George works at the intersection of strategy, operations, and program delivery, helping organizations translate ideas into coordinated execution.

Her professional background spans communications, design, and organizational initiatives across nonprofits, associations, and consulting environments.

Kristie began her career in graphic design and communications, working with organizations to develop campaigns, publications, and brand systems. Over time, her work expanded beyond creative execution into the operational side of complex initiatives, including coordinating projects, managing workflows, and supporting cross-functional delivery.

Her work focuses on organizing complex workstreams, aligning teams around shared goals, and ensuring initiatives move forward with clarity and structure.

She is a former board member of the Alliance for Women in Media – National Capital, has volunteered with N Street Village, and previously served on the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee at The Conservation Fund.
